Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our extensive catalogue remembering that you will need to select a size before you pop your chosen purchase(s) into the shopping cart. After you have completed your selection our step by step Shopping Cart system will request a few details from you which will enable us to complete your order and arrange despatch to you.

We accept credit card payments by Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Switch and Solo and if you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom just place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
It is our mission to send out all orders on the day that they are received.

UK ORDERS
All UK orders will be sent by FIRST CLASS POST. Deliveries of £80.00 or over are FREE but under this value a post & packing charge of £3.95 is payable.

EUROPEAN ORDERS
Our charge for delivery within the EU is £8.50 per ORDER and orders are sent by International Signed For Post and are fully insured whilst in transit..

REST OF THE WORLD
A £9.50 charge applies to all orders sent outside the UK and EU. These orders are sent by International Signed For Post and are fully insured whilst in transit.

PAYMENT will be applied to your Credit Card Account at the exchange rate applying on the date of the order.
Back Orders If any item you order is not in stock we will either place it on back order for you or let you know if a particular item is entirely sold out. You will always be e-mailed and given the option of cancelling your order if you do not wish to wait.


RETURNS All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt unless other arrangements are made.

Please note we do not absorb Carriage Costs for Returns for either U.K. or Overseas Orders. All costs (including Insurance and Customs Duties) are the responsibility of the customer.

Please indicate clearly on your return letter what course of action you wish us to take - replacement, refund, change of style, etc. Bear in mind that the more information that you provide us with the better able are we to give you the service that you deserve.

Returned items should be returned in the original packaging with all labels attached and obviously unworn.

Payments for returns will always be made by the same method as the original payment.


Tax Charges All our prices are inclusive of United Kingdom VAT @ 17.5% where appropriate. Orders outside the UK and European Union are available free of UK Value Added Tax. This also includes all shipments to the Channel Islands. Customers wishing to use this facility should CLICK the tax free box in their Shopping Cart.
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.
Guarantee We guarantee to always refund or replace faulty items and we will exchange goods if you are not entirely satisfied. These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights.
