Returns & Refund Policy

1. This Returns & Refunds Policy sets out how and in what circumstances items purchased through the PJ Heaven online store can be returned.

2. Returned items should be returned in their original condition with all labels attached and obviously unworn.

3. Our Returns & Refund Policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. This is considerably higher than the conditions set out  in the Consumer Contracts Regulations which state that if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods you wish to return. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us.

4.In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price for the item that you wish to return. Our standard returns policy entitles you to a full refund if you change your mind within 30 days of the purchase date.

5.  Please note that we do not absorb or refund carriage costs for either UK or Overseas orders. All costs (including insurance as well as customs duties on imported goods) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. We do not take responsibility for returned items that are lost in the post and we recommend either obtaining a FREE Certificate of Posting from the Post Office or alternatively use a trackable service which should also include insurance.

7. All refunds will be credited by the original payment method.

8. Where you would like to return a physical product you have purchased, please contact us to let us know that you will be returning the item. Please indicate clearly in your return letter what course of action you wish us to take - replacement, refund, change of style or size etc. Bear in mind that the more information you give us the better able are we to give you the service that you deserve.

9. Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

10. If you haven't received a refund yet where we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.

11. If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).

12. If an item you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. If you are in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase.

Guarantee: We guarantee to always refund or replace faulty items and will exchange purchases if you are not entirely satisfied. These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights.
